Groove Parenting will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others except as described in this Privacy Policy.  Groove Parenting may share information with services providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services, and customer solutions.  Suppliers and service providers are required to keep any information received confidential.

Additionally, Groove Parenting may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: Groove Parenting may share your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service, to contact you.
  • With business partners: Groove Parenting may share your information with Groove Parenting business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

Securing Personal Information.  Groove Parenting utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we obtain to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.  Your credit card number is only used for processing payment and for no other purposes. 

 

Exceptions to Sharing Personal Data.  Except as described herein, Groove Parenting will only disclose personal data without your permission when necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; respond to authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; or protect Groove Parenting, or the personal safety of Groove Parenting employees and other clients.

 

Retention Policy.  Please be advised that you can request, at any time, that Groove Parenting delete your personal data.  All requests must be directed to the contact as described at the bottom of this webpage.  Groove Parenting can decide to delete your personal data if it believes that the data is incomplete, inaccurate, or that continued use and storage are contrary to our obligations to other members, individuals, or third-parties.

 

External Links.  This Privacy Policy does not extend to websites visited via a link from Groove Parenting’s website to an external, third-party, or affiliate website.  You are advised to review the Privacy Policy of any site you visit.
